The
Summit Band Boosters has launched a fundraising project that
involves several recycling companies. We will receive
cash for each empty inkjet and laser printer cartridge that can
be recycled and remanufactured. This will directly benefit our
band and the students, not to mention it is great for the
environment.
You can help!
Any inkjet or laser printer cartridge
with a print head can be recycled, regardless of brand or type.
Simply place them in a Ziploc bag or back in the original box to
keep it safe from spills and damages. Then, bring it to the
band hall and put it in the Band Booster’s mailbox outside of
Mr. Bonebrake’s office. Whatever you do, don’t throw them away…turn
your “trash” into cash for the band!!
We
are also recycling old cell phones…all
makes and models. Bring those to the band hall also and place
them in the same Booster mailbox outside Mr. Bonebrake’s office.
